LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Florida Senator Marco Rubio is unveiling legislation on gun violence restraining orders as part of his plan to address gun violence.
The senator held a press conference Wednesday afternoon for the unveiling.
Tuesday, Rubio discussed progress on his proposals to reduce gun violence. Earlier this week, Rubio co-introduced the NICS Denial Notification Act and the Students, Teachers, and Officers Preventing (STOP) School Violence Act.
