An administrator at a Miami private school is on administrative leave after she allegedly made racist remarks to students.

Dana Vignale was trying to maintain order in a lunch line at Miami Country Day School when she reportedly told students they were quote: "acting like public school children in liberty city."

Liberty City is a neighborhood known in the Miami area for its predominantly black population.

The school's head sent out a letter saying he will have a conversation and listen while he decides whether to respond further.
