TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Governor Ron DeSantis has ordered flags to fly at half-staff at local and Florida state buildings in the wake of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death.
Gov. DeSantis' announcement comes just hours after the news of Ginsburg's death Friday night.
Ginsburg has been a justice on the nation's highest court since being appointed by President Bill Clinton. She was just the second woman appointed to the United States Supreme Court.
