MIAMI (AP) - Police say a 15-year-old student from Northwestern High School has been shot and killed.
The Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/1PPFX1p ) reports the student was walking home from school on Wednesday when a suspect in a vehicle pulled up and shot and killed him.
Miami-Dade police Detective Jennifer Capote says officials are unaware of any motive for the killing. Capote says police did not release a description of the vehicle.
Northwestern Principal Wallace Aristide says students are devastated.
The teen's death marks the fourth time this year that a student from the school has been killed.
In May, a 15-year-old from the school was shot and killed outside an apartment complex. In September, two teenagers were also shot to death three days apart long after school had ended for the day.
