SARASOTA, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say two people are dead after being exposed to drain opener chemicals at a southwest Florida home.

The Herald-Tribune (http://goo.gl/mSzzfG ) reports that Sarasota detectives continue to investigate the deaths of the 78-year-old woman and her 58-year-old son. One reportedly died at the scene, and the other died later at a nearby hospital.
