Florida Fish and Wildlife officers discovered 39 undersized red grouper during an inspection recently.
According to FWC, the grouper were found during a resource inspection. The undersized fish totaled 105.5 pounds.
The vessel's captain was cited for violating commercial size limits, and the fish were donated to a Tampa Bay organization.
