UPDATE (11:45AM) -- This Missing Child Alert has been canceled by the FDLE.
The Marion County Sheriff's Office reports that Chelsea was found safe at a friend's house.

MARION COUNTY, Fla. -- A central Florida girl has been reported missing by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Authorities have issued a Missing Child Alert for 9-year-old Chelsea Phillips of Citra, Florida, just north of Ocala.
She has brown hair and blue eye, and is 4'9" tall and 55 pounds.
She was last seen in the 2400 block of NE 165th Street on July 12th. She was wearing a floral top with tan shorts and brown sandals, and has a birthmark on her neck.
