The U.S. Coast Guard offloaded approximately 27,000 pounds of cocaine Friday morning at its base on Miami Beach.
The agency said the drugs, which were seized off the coasts of Mexico, Central America, and South America in 12 separate operations, are worth an estimated $360 million.
Three Coast Guard cutters, including the Dependable, Tampa, and Venturous, were involved in the seizures.
