MIAMI (AP) - Police say an ATV driver has been shot and killed in an apparent act of road rage in Southwest Miami-Dade County.
News organizations report Miami-Dade police say 57-year-old Andres Diaz, who was in a car, shot 43-year-old ATV rider Ricky E. Iglesias on Sunday evening. Iglesias died at the scene.
Authorities say the shooting was preceded by a "traffic dispute."
Police say Diaz remained on the scene and was being questioned by detectives. Investigators are working with the State Attorney's Office to determine if charges will be filed.
