A state lawmaker says he plans to propose an abortion bill like the one in Alabama.
A similar bill was proposed in January, making it illegal for illegal for women to get an abortion after a fetal heartbeat has been detected.
The Pensacola News Journal reports state representative Mike Hill says god told him to write the bill.
He sponsored a bill earlier this year that would've made abortion illegal after a heartbeat is detected but it didn't make it out of a subcommittee.
The next legislative session begins next January.
