Tonight at 6: Sanibel launching new traffic plan

SANIBEL ISLAND, Fla. -- If you've traveled through Sanibel during season, then you know it tends to be pretty congested.  Well the city is now launching a comprehensive strategy to help mitigate peak traffic during the winter months.

The program includes using technology to offer real-time information to drivers, hardscape to change traffic patterns, and information sharing among residents and visitors.
