LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help tracking down Brion Darby, the man detectives believe broke into a boat last month in St. James City.
39-year-old Darby is currently wanted in connection with the May 29th break in, in which more than $1,000 worth of fishing gear was stolen. He was accompanied by another individual, who has not been identified at this point.
To date, Darby has been booked into the Lee County 15 times before on charges including multiple counts of grand theft, burglary, narcotics, fleeing and eluding officers and grand theft auto. In addition to his local jail time, he’s also spent time in state prison for the sale and delivery of marijuana.
Upon his next arrest, he’ll be charged with burglary and grand theft.
