NAPLES, Fla. — Protecting paradise with hockey sticks!
That's the idea behind Florida Gulf Coast University's "Rink 2 Reef Program," which uses broken hockey sticks to make oyster reefs.

Over the weekend, the school partnered with the Naples area Board of Realtors to install the first of 16 reefs in the waterways around Celebration Park in Naples.
Dr. Mike Parsons says one reef can make a major impact.
