LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A manatee that beached itself on Bunche Beach Tuesday morning is now in SeaWorld getting treatment.

Florida Fish and Wildlife responded to the scene to help the male manatee.

They tell us during an examination it showed signs of red tide poisoning.

The manatee is currently in rehabilitation.
