Florida receives millions of dollars to rebuild fisheries

The federal government will give Florida more than 44 million dollars to help rebuild fisheries, Hurricane Irma destroyed.

The fisheries then took another big hit last year as red tide algae bloom killed fish and other marine life, especially along the Gulf Coast.

Fishing is critical to Florida's economy.

NOAA is giving out the money.
