UPDATE (11AM) -- The school lockdowns in North Fort Myers Friday morning have been lifted. Deputies are still investigating this morning's incident.
Police activity surrounds a home on Poinsettia Drive, where deputies say a home invasion took place.

All lockdowns on our campus have ended. Law enforcement has cleared the area and scheduled teaching and learning is proceeding as planned.

LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Two North Fort Myers schools are in lockdown mode while authorities are working in the area.
North Fort Myers High and Tropic Isles Elementary are on lockdown.
