CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. -- Two Charlotte County men were arrested early Monday morning for a shooting incident in Port Charlotte.
18-year-old Mac Stainton and 20-year-old Malik Walker are facing felony charges of Aggravated Assault with a Weapon and Discharging a Firearm from a Vehicle.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, the victim was bicycling on Conway Boulevard at 1:12 AM when somebody in a blue Dodge Charger fires three shots at him.
The victim was not hit or injured.
Stainton and Walker were quickly located by deputies on Westchester Road, and identified by the victim as the men responsible for the shots.
The men were arrested and booked into the Charlotte County Jail.
