NAPLES, Fla.- A woman was taken to the hospital after Juan Marco Flores Orgaz conducted an unlicensed dental procedure, out of his residence at 1005 Diana Avenue in the City of Naples.
On March 8,2016 Naples Police Detectives searched the home of Flores Orgaz and discovered a room in the home that contained numerous items of operational dental equipment and dental laboratory equipment.
On February 2, 2016, the woman had dental procedures performed by Flores Orgaz.
The Florida Department of Heath confirmed that Flores Orgaz does not have a license to practice dentistry, conduct or utilize dentistry tools or operate a dental or denture laboratory.
Orgaz was charged with Unlicensed Practicing of Dentistry, Unlawful Use of Dental Equipment by a Non-Licensed Person, Unlicensed Operation of a Dental Laboratory, and Practicing Healthcare Without a License that Results In Serious Bodily Injury.
