INDIANAPOLIS — A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of two men who robbed an Indianapolis postal worker at gunpoint.
The U.S. Postal Inspection Service issued a press release on Tuesday offering the reward. According to the USPIS, the postal worker was in the area of N. Butler Avenue and E. 28th Street when they were approached by two male suspects around 4:30 p.m. on December 20.
Postal Inspector Laura A. Carter said the men robbed the postal worker at gunpoint, taking packages and mail before fleeing the scene.
A limited description was released of the suspects. One man was carrying a red duffle bag and wearing a black mask, black shirt, black pants and black gloves. The second suspect was wearing a black mask, black pants, black shirt and black gloves.
