Andrew Gillum concedes to Ron DeSantis in Florida's gubernatorial race.
Gillum posted a live video on Facebook congratulating DeSantis on his win.
Gillum had initially conceded the race on election night but later retracted his concession.
The race did go to a required recount by machine. After the initial count, DeSantis was still ahead of Gillum by more than 30,000 votes.
Gillum has not said what he intends to do next.
Desantis' nor his campaign have responded to Gillum's concession.
