UPDATE - Police say all lanes on I-75 are now open.

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Two lanes are blocked on Colonial and I-75 after a vehicle and motorcycle crash Thursday night.
Fort Myers Police say the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet.
He was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
One lane is open allowing traffic through.
