NORTH PORT, Fla. (UPDATE) -- Thanks to the power of social media, Cody Phillips was found and is home safe with his mother.
NORTH PORT, Fla. -- North Port Police Department is currently working a missing juvenile from the 4400 block of La France Avenue.
9-year-old Cody Phillip's was last seen wearing a light blue polo (as seen in photo) and khaki shorts. He is 97 pounds, has dirty brown hair and brown eyes.
At this point, police say there is no signs of foul play. If you see Cody, please call 911.
