The Midpoint Bridge between Fort Myers and Cape Coral will remain closed between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Friday.
This closing is due to the "Midpoint-Madness Veterans 5-K".
It is advised to take alternate routes including the Cape Coral, Edison or Caloosahatchee bridges.
