The owner of a Naples massage business is charged with committing sexual battery on one his clients.

Collier County Deputies arrested 38-year-old Bovaphanh Phomhakdy Tuesday and charged him with sexual battery.

According to a police report, the female victim told authorities Phomhakdy placed his hands in her underwear while she was on the massage table.

The incident happened in July 2015, at Enta Thai Spa on Tamiami Trail.

It took several months for investigators to process a sexual assault kit.

Deputies took a DNA sample from Phomhakdy last April. The results matched DNA found on the victim.

"We believe the allegations are ludicrous and nonsense," Phomhakdy's attorney John Mosca told Fox 4.

Mosca says his client will continue to run his business while fighting the charges.
