LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- The man suspected in the disappearance of 9-year-old Diana Alvarez will be in federal court Monday.
Jorge Guerrero is currently in jail on child porn charges, but more charges could be pending at the federal and state level after investigators found new evidence.
Diana went missing from her San Carlos Park home more than four weeks ago.
Anyone with information about her disappearance is asked to call authorities.
