CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- More than 800 city water customers have had their water shut off in Cape Coral Wednesday morning after a water main break on Country Club Boulevard.
The break occurred around 6 a.m. in the 2300 block of Country Club Boulevard, just north of Veteran's Parkway.
City crews are repairing the 12-inch line break, and water is expected to be restored by 1 p.m.
A “precautionary” boil water notice will be issued to customers affected by the water main break.
