CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- A Cape Coral man, already in jail on unrelated charges, has just been charged in a home invasion robbery from back in January.

21-year-old Cameron Duffy and two others allegedly broke into an occupied apartment and robbed the victim at gunpoint on January 17th.

At the time, Duffy was reportedly wearing a mask with a "skeleton teeth" print, and investigators reportedly found Duffy with that same mask during a traffic stop in March.

They say a search warrant revealed more evidence linking him to the crime.

Duffy was already in custody at the Lee County Jail and Detectives charged him with Robbery-Home Invasion with a Firearm.
The case remains under investigation.
