Over $51,000 and personal information stolen from over 100 people was located in a bag after Deputies conducted a traffic stop on I-75, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.
Deputies made the discovery when they pulled over a gray 2011 Infinity near MM 139.
During the investigation, Deputies also found a firearm, marijuana, ledgers, lists of names and personal identification information.
The driver, Kensly Phenix, 30, of Fort Lauderdale, was arrested and charged with Weapon Offense, Fraud- Impersonation, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana Possession, Drug Equipment Possession and Driving While License Suspended.
