LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- A lawsuit against the city of Fort Myers could be settled out of court.

Dolphins safety, Nate Allen, is suing the city, as well as former Police Chief Doug Baker and two officers for a wrongful arrest.

Back in 2015, they arrested Allen on indecent exposure charges, but the State Attorney's Office let him go.

Prosecutors say officers not only had the wrong guy, but they used questionable tactics in their arrest.

City officials will have a closed-door meeting at 1 p.m. Monday, October 16 to discuss the case.
