FORT MYERS, Fla. -- After nearly four years of construction, a local development group has scrapped the idea for HaVen, and will instead open a restaurant called Society.
Construction was halted in March of last year, when Bell Tower filed a notice of eviction.
Society will feature modern American food and craft cocktails and they plan to include a rooftop herb and vegetable garden.
They plan to open later this summer.
