***UPDATE***
School administrators have reviewed the video and will determine any student discipline. The guest teacher (subsitute) that was in the classrom has been placed on the district's do not call list.
New video showing even more seductive dancing inside a Lee County classroom shows students at Success Academy, an alternative school in Fort Myers caught on camera 'twerking' and performing lap dances during school hours.
The Lee County School District has responded after Four In Your Corner brought up concerns from viewers who asked to remain anonymous but claim to have brought this up to the attention of school and district administration.
Many parents and community members were outraged by the initial video. Four In Your Corner obtained two more videos capturing more than 30 seconds of chaos in the classroom. All three videos are from the same day, showing the same students dancing seductively in the classroom while other students watch.
Some concerned parents compare the video to soft core porn taking place in a classroom.
When Four In Your Corner first reached out to the school district asking to speak to anyone about the concerns involving the video, a spokesperson claimed the school's administration has not seen the video or received any complaints regarding the "chaos" and reassuring FOX 4 had the video been shared with them they would have responded.
Four In Your Corner has been pressing for answers asking the district if the students in the video will be facing any disciplinary action, where the teacher responsible for the class was at the time, and how these students got away with giving students lap dances during school hours.
The spokesperson responded in an e-mail saying administrators at the school will determine whether to punish those involved but it's leaving some parents with many more questions than before.
"Where is the control?" a parent asked.
The district has not responded to our original request about how they are handling this incident to ensure the behavior displayed in the videos are not repeated. We also asked the best way for parents or students to report concerning behavior in the future. We are awaiting a response.
