LEHIGH ACRES -- Lee County deputies are investigating an incident that happened at a Lehigh Acres convenience store early Thursday morning.
The Fox 4 Breaking News Tracker was the only media on the scene when the crime tape went up and came down.
It happened around 4:30 a.m. Thursday morning on North Homestead Road, where we saw an unmarked car with a crime scene investigator taking photos.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office later confirmed that a robbery occurred at the scene, but no further details are available in this ongoing investigation.
