Deputies are searching for three men accused of robbing and beating at least two men at a storage facility in Bonita Springs.
According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, the suspects approached the victim and demanded money. When the victim refused, the men reportedly began punching him.
An LCSO incident report states one victim was punched several times causing "swelling and bruising."
A second victim was reportedly left with "several wounds on his face."
“It’s just so unexpected when it happens, you know,” said Leia Sandoval, whose family owns in a furniture store at the neighboring plaza.
She told Four In Your Corner she recently witnessed two men arguing next door.
“He was just yelling and screaming, pulling the guy with him. It was just kind of weird to witness,” said Sandoval.
