Authorities are asking the public to keep its eyes peeled for purse snatchers swarming the Edison Mall.
Three or four young black females driving a red, four door sedan with tinted windows are targeting females as they are entering and exiting their cars, the Fort Myers Police Department said.
Four known robberies have already occurred between October 3rd and 4th.
The suspects are described as young and have their hair pulled up in a bun or pixie tails. The group is reported to be laughing while committing the crimes, FMPD said.
