CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Punta Gorda man was arrested Thursday and now faces multiple counts of child porn possession.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff;s Office, federal and local forces executed a lawful Search Warrant in the 25300 block of Panache Lane in Punta Gorda, relative to a child pornography investigation.
As a result of that Search Warrant and the recovery of evidence on scene and a full confession from a suspect at that location, the following suspect was arrest and charged with the associated criminal charges:
27-year-old Andrew Mark Rosenberg was placed under arrest for ten counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Distribution of Obscene Material.
Rosenberg was transported to the Charlotte County Jail without incident.
