A precautionary boil water notice has been issued for customers of Collier County including Goodland.
Residents are advised to boil water until further notice.
The notice will remain in effect until water system repairs and acceptable bacteriological testing has been completed, said The Collier County Public Utilities Department.
"As a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking or cooking be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used." -Collier County.
