FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police are actively investigating an accidental shooting at a home on Seminole Court and Seminole Avenue.
Officers say the someone from that home in Fort Myers called for help shortly after 1:15 AM Thursday morning.
They say one person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Fox 4 crews on the scene say they multiple people being questioned, including a child.
No further information has been released at this time.
This is the 2nd injury from an accidental shooting this week in Southwest Florida. Wednesday morning, one person was injured in a Lehigh Acres accidental shooting.
