Three businesses along Lee Boulevard in Lehigh Acres are under investigation after reports of robberies taking place.
The robberies happened at a Dollar Tree, an Advanced Auto Parts, and a Subway, all on Lee Boulevard around 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
A man who robbed a Subway threatened employees with a gun, according to a Lee County Sheriff's Office spokesperson.
Later Sunday, deputies surrounded a home off 21st Street SW in Lehigh Acres.
Police are not sure if all three robberies are connected.
This is an ongoing investigation.
