LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- We're not trying to get your goat here, this is a real thing. Fox 4’s Patrick Nolan recently got to chance to try the hottest new trend in yoga: goat yoga!
He and some of his producer friends at Fox 4, Allison Morrow and Helen Goytizolo, got together for a session at Little Beak Farm on Pine Island in Bokeelia.
The playful baby goats jumped on and off them throughout the experience.
If you want to give goat yoga a try on pine island, it held every Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. at Little Beak Farm. Barnyard Yoga in Lehigh Acres also offers goat yoga!
