Neighbor complaints lead to drug, gun bust at Fort Myers home

Neighbors complaining about suspicious activity at a Fort Myers home led Fort Myers Police officers to find drugs and guns inside. 

On Monday May 8th, Fort Myers Police Departments Special Investigators group and SWAT searched the home on Madison Avenue. Detectives confirmed a man named Allen Wiley was selling the drugs from the home after police say undercover officers were able to buy the drugs. 

Inside the home officers found the following items: 

  • 12.5 grams of cocaine
  • 1.3 grams of cocaine base
  • 3.9 grams of MDMA
  • 25 grams of amphetamine 
  • 37.5 grams of marijuana
  • 8.5 grams of heroin
  • .22 caliber Derringer, with four live rounds and one spent casing inside
  • 1 box of 45 caliber ammunition
  • Other drug paraphernalia

Wiley is facing charges of possession of a firearm and ammo by a convicted felon, trafficking heroin (4 grams or more), trafficking in amphetamine (14 grams or more), possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of controlled substance (MDMA) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wiley is on probation and violated his probation with these charges.
