Firefighters contained a large mulch fire that caused a lot of smoke in the Buckingham area of Lee County, Florida. The fire happened inside "Country Lakes Farm".
The mulch fire was at the corner of Tice Street and Staley Road. Crews say the fire likely sparked because the mulch generated too much heat. The flames are under control but the battle is far from over. Crews want to make sure embers don't spread to other areas and spark new fires. Crews say the fire could burn for several days.
