LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Cape Coral man is behind bars, accused of robbing and beating a man outside a local McDonalds earlier this month.
Investigators say on September 14th, 23-year-old Hector Torres, Jr. allegedly attacked a man outside the restaurant on Northeast Pine Island Road just off Santa Barbara Boulevard and then stole his wallet and cell phone.
U.S. Marshals reportedly found Torres at his home more than a week later.
Torres was charged with robbery without a weapon as well as battery and transported to the Lee County Jail.
