COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.-- People in Southwest Florida are walking for a cause.
The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk is on Oct. 21 in Naples; it is the 16th annual walk.
Funds raised during the event will benefit breast cancer research, including local programs: Road to Recover, Hope Lodge and Reach to Recover.
Registration is free and you can sign up online or in person the day of the event. The walk will be at the Artis-Naples. It begins at 8:30 in the morning.
