The Lee County Commissioner who investigators say was drunk when he crashed his car in the Cape is expected to appear in court Tuesday.
John Manning was charged with DUI after investigators say he ran a red light and crashed into a car.
Authorities say one woman was hurt in the crash. Police say his blood alcohol-level was 1.0 which is more than twice the legal limit.
Manning is not expected to plead gulty.
