LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A large law enforcement presence is on the scene of an investigation in Lehigh Acres Tuesday.
The house at the center of the investigation is located in the 3100 block of 3rd Street West. That's just off Sunshine Boulevard south of Lee Boulevard.
No details of the investigation have been released by investigators yet, but 3rd Street is completely blocked off and a mobile command unit is on the scene. The Lee County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that it is a death investigation.
Family members at the scene also tell Fox 4 that a death has occurred, but they are too distraught to go into further detail.
