TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Tampa police say a man is in custody after leading them to two dead bodies.
Police responded to a smoke shop Friday night after reports of a suspicious male. The armed man was taken into custody without incident. While in custody, police said the unidentified man said he had killed two people.
Police said the suspect led them to a home inside The Hamptons Condominium where they found the bodies of two men.
Police are still investigating and interviewing the suspect. The names of the victims were not released and no other details were released including a motive and method for the killings.
Police spokeswoman Janelle McGregor said the killings were an isolated incident and not a random act of violence.
