LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- Authorities in Fort Myers investigated a report in which a man was accused of touching himself in his car.
A retirement community manager at Shell Point says she's seen the same man touch himself in his car three times.
Authorities say the man was dropping off an employee of the community. The witness told investigators she saw the man watching pornography on his phone while touching himself on Thursday.
Last week, another witness saw the man do the same thing.
