FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Lee County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested Christopher Duluk, a teacher a Dunbar High School, for battery on his girlfriend.
It happened on Little Gem Circle in Fort Myers on Monday night. Deputies say Duluk hit his girlfriend with his car, then grabbed her by her hair and slammed her to the ground.
Both Duluk and his girlfriend say it did not happen. Instead, they told deputies that she'd tripped and fell as Duluk's car approached her.
The Lee County School District said that Duluk "is a current employee of the district who has been reassigned to the District office."
