**UPDATE** -- FDLE has CANCELLED the Amber Alert for Jessica. She has been found safe during a traffic stop by Florida Highway Patrol in lake City, Florida.
An investigation is ongoing.

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- A Florida Amber Alert has been issued for a girl last seen in Fort Myers.
14-year-old Jessica Matias-Francisco was last seen in the 400 block of Tyrone Avenue in Fort Myers. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and white horizontal striped shirt.
She may be in the company of 18-year-old Paulo Mateo Pedro Tomas.
They may be travelling in a 2005 silver Chevrolet, tag number 164 RMX.
