LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. -- Luxxor Gaming Arcade, an adult arcade in Lehigh Acres, is closed for business after the place was allegedly busted for illegal gambling.
The Lee County Sheriff's deputies reportedly raided the business Wednesday after getting a tip about the illegal practice and a subsequent six-week investigation. They seized more than 50 machines and more than $5,000 in cash.
No one was arrested, but charges are still pending.
Back in 2013, Governor Scott signed a bill cracking down on gaming and adult arcades, though many locations remained open.
No word how long Luxxor Gaming Arcade will remain closed.
